Scholarships for Undergraduate Students

1. Scholarships by Thai Parkerizing Co., Ltd. (30,000 BT/year for over 4 years of study = 120,000 BT – 4 grants)
Qualification: First year student in the School of Metallurgical Engineering

2. Scholarships by Thai Tohken Thermo Co., Ltd.
(50,000 BT for fourth year student – 2 grants)
Qualification: Metallurgical Engineer students in their fourth year,
who is willing to attend his/her cooperative study at the company.

3. Scholarships by Unifoundry Co., Ltd.
(45,000 BT/year for third and fourth year students – 2 grants)
Qualificaiton: Metallurgical Engineer students in their third or fourth year,
who is willing to attend his/her cooperative study at the company.

4. Prices for Students Receiving Outstanding Score (10,000 BT)
Qualification: Undergraduate students having the highest score
in their second, third or fourth year of study

5. Tuition Fee Wavier Scholarships
Qualification: Undergraduate students in their second, third or fourth year
of study with his/her GPAX ≥ 3.00 in the first top 3 ranking
(100% wave if GPAX ≥ 3.25 and 50% wave for 3.00 ≤ GPAX ≥ 3.25)

6. Scholarships by Metallurgical Foster Fund (20,000-40,000 BT)
Qualification: Undergraduate students in their second, third or fourth year
of study who is disadvantaged in education.

Scholarships for Postgraduate Students

1. Scholarships for Thai Honors Students
Qualification:
1.1 Holding a Bachelor degree (honors) within 2 years to apply for a Master programme, or within 5 years to apply for a Doctoral programme.
1.2 Registered as a full time student.
1.3 Not receiving any other scholarships.
Remark: This is an education fee waiver scholarship plus 10,000 BT/month living expense (obliged with compulsory laboratory teaching hours) over the study period specified by the programme offered.

2. Scholarship for Students Receiving Outstanding Score
Qualification:
2.1 Holding a Bachelor degree (honors) or within 10 percentile of the class to apply for a Master programme.
2.2 Holding a Bachelor degree (first honors) or holding a Master degree with GPAX ≥ 3.50 or within 10 percentile of the class to apply for a Doctoral programme.
2.3 Holding a Thai Nationality
2.4 Not receiving any other scholarships.
Remark: This is an education fee waiver scholarship plus 3,000 BT/month living expense over the study period specified by the programme offered.

3. Scholarships for High Potential Research Students
Qualification:
3.1 Holding a Bachelor degree with GPAX ≥ 2.75 to apply for a Master programme.
3.2 Holding a Bachelor degree (honors) with GPAX ≥ 3.25 to apply for a Doctoral programme
3.3 Holding a Master degree with GPAX ≥ 3.30 to apply for a Doctoral programme.
3.4 Registered as a full time student.
3.5 Not receiving any other scholarships.
Remark: This is an education fee waiver scholarship over the study period specified by the programme offered.

4. Scholarships for Research Students (OROG)
Qualification:
4.1 Applicants qualified by Regulations for Graduate Studies, Suranaree University of Technology
4.2 Registered as a full time student.
4.3 Not receiving any other scholarships.
Remark: This is an education fee waiver scholarship allocated for student who carry out his/her thesis based on external research funding.
